| Minimum Required Qualification: |

- Have a NQF 4 (National Senior Certificate or Grade 12 or National Senior Certificate for Adults)
- Have at least 2 years’ experience in an administrative position.
- Have a clear security screening record.
- Have a valid driver’s license (if applicable).
- Be medically fit to work in the specific business area.

- NQF 5 (Higher Certificate) or NQF 6 (Diploma or Advanced Certificate)
- At least 2 years’ experience in an administrative position, experience with the specific business area
| Key Responsibilities: |

- Preparing standard documentation as specified for input or circulation
- Maintaining an effective filing system
- Operating copier and scanning devices/ machines
- Inputting information onto a data base
- Providing a clerical service to the relevant section
- Preparing, completing and correlating a variety of documents for circulation or input
- Typing documentation as specified
- Arranging appointment schedules taking corrective action if required
- Performing calculations and inputting documentation as required.
- Resolving all internal and external section queries.
- Inputting and extracting of information from various systems, identifying incongruencies and taking corrective action to ensure accuracy
- Compiling and distributing relevant statistics and month end reports as required
- Developing, maintaining and improving relevant data bases
- Maintaining the stationary levels for the designated section to ensure availability
- Resolving all internal and external section queries, following up and taking corrective action as appropriate
- Maintaining relationships with stakeholders across the organisation and externally at all levels and cross-functionally.
- Ensuring open communication channels with all relevant stakeholders.
