Job Description

• Conduct routine analysis of the respective product, semi & raw material using only the tools & equipment provided
• Diligent housekeeping of the respective laboratory and workplace
• Compile test reports and product/material log sheets both electronically and hardcopies where applicable
• Comply with governance and compliance policies and procedures
• Comply with Safety, Health and Environment standards

Qualifications & Experience

• Matric / Grade 12 (Math and Science)
• Minimum 1 – 2 years’ working experience in a similar role
• Computer literate, particularly Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
• Ability to screen products, semi-products and raw materials against the relevant specifications for conformance to both visual and test result compliance
• ISO 9001: Knowledge advantageous
• Explosives Knowledge advantageous
