Job Description

• Health and safety awareness.
• Adapting and responding to change.
• Fair understanding of the company’s quality management system.
• Keen interest to strengthen skills in asphalt, aggregate and binder technology through training processes.
• Testing and analysis of binder and asphalt.
• Knowledge of performance grade testing.

Qualifications & Experience

• Matric or equivalent, diploma in Civil or Chemistry advantageous.
• At least 1 to 3 years laboratory work in asphalt and bituminous industry.
• Experience gained with a leadership position held in the laboratory environment would be advantageous.
