INTRODUCTION
 


 

Bureau Veritas Testing and Inspections South Africa is recruiting a Procurement Admin on a Fixed Term Contract, based in Morningside reporting to Procurement Manager.


 


 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
 


 

  • Matric
  • Procurement / SCM qualification
  • Excel proficiency
  • 1 – 2 Years buying experience or working within procurement department
  • Good English and local language skills
  • PC Skills (Siebel, Report writing)


 


 

JOB SPECIFICATION


 


 

OPERATIONAL PROCUREMENT

  • Allocate monthly recharges
  • Issue Purchase orders and Grn and sent to Finance for payments
  • Obtain quotes and issue Purchase orders for different departments
  • Assist operations with courier PO's DSV and DHL
  • POs for support functions
  • Assisting with intercompany PO's
  • Assist AP with travel supporting documents, diners’ invoices, vehicle booking vouchers and related queries
  • Assist with issuing monthly POs for operational costs


 

 

BEE AUDIT

  • Assist with BEE audits
  • MIP completion
  • BEE certificate collection


 

 

MOZAMBIQUE PROCUREMENT


 

 

  • Mozambique procurement issuing PO’s,
  • Reconciliation all purchases for the month,
  • Requesting payment
  • Recharges request


 

 

SUPPLIER ADDRESS

  • Credit applications for SAF
  • Review sub-contractors for all compliance documents
  • Address book maintenance for SAF


 

 

TRAVEL BOOKING

  • Assist with travel booking,
  • Adding new profile adding,
  • ravel request as and when its required
