PURPOSE OF THE JOB: To effectively process invoices and reconcile monthly statements timeously to minimise the risk to the company
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Grade 12 / matric certificate with Accounting / Mathematics
- A post matric financial qualification will be an advantage
- Computer literacy (MS Office package, SAP) is essential
Must have good interpersonal skills
Must have good oral and written communication skills
- Must have knowledge of costing process flow.
- Medical certificate or medically fit in order to obtain one is essential.
- No criminal record
- Valid drivers licence
- A valid Certificate of Fitness or be medically fit in order obtain such a certificate
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Creating and expediting of purchase requisitions / reservations on SAP
- Updating of management accounting reports and other reports
- Office administration and filing
- Circulation / placement may occur within the greater Finance and Admin department as and when necessary.
- Invoice control, verification, and processing.
