Weighbridge Clerks Phalandwa Colliery Delmas

The Company would like to recruit Weighbridge Clerks to be based at Phalanndwa Colliery in Delmas.

Skills and Qualifications

Grade 12 (minimum)

Computer literate

Relevant weighbridge experience

Safety experience advantageous

Main Duties and Responsibilites

Operate the weighbridge

Monitoring all trucks entering and exiting the mine property with and without coal

Preparing daily reports on tonnage - coal received and dispatched weights loads

Maintain good customer relations and ensure customer satisfaction

Capturing data

Compile sales report

Filing transactions daily

Apply basic security procedures

General administration

Ensure that correct weighbridge documents are sent for processing

Ensure that the working area and equipment are clean and safe at all times and in good working condition

Manage archives, POD and reports

provide accurate reports for management

Manage the infrastructure and maintain good relations with OEMs

Manage the team working at the weighbridge
